In this market, it’s important to be pre-approved before putting in an offer on real estate. As a buyer, you have the choice of picking your loan officer. However, if you choose, I can get you approved same-day with one of my lending partners. Additionally, the lenders I work with typically end up having lower fees and better interest rates.

It’s important to know about escrow fees and closing costs when buying a home. Some buyers don’t realize the full cost of buying a home until they reach the closing table. I provide my clients with an itemized breakdown of costs to ensure that there are no surprise charges at closing.
Free Home Warranty
A home warranty provides peace of mind, ensuring that you are taken care of if anything goes wrong with your home during the first year. Warranties cost around $500. Most Realtors will refer you to warranty companies or ask the seller to pay for it. To help strengthen your offer, I leave the seller out of it and provide a $500 credit at closing for a home warranty of your choice.
